I should start referring to the food I cook as “meals for lazy people” since they don’t really require a lot of thought and preparation. Dinner for tonight was chicken breast sliced into random sizes, accompanied by one red bell pepper and one whole white onion chopped any old how. I can’t believe I just ate an entire onion; it’s pretty amazing, given my lack of fondness for onions for most of my life. Now I’m chomping into them like they’re chips. The dish didn’t have any other dressing apart from salt and pepper.
